The purposes of this data processing are: the organisation of videoconferences (e.g. to register interested persons for JA ImpleMENTAL training, to include them on participant lists, to set up networking activities for event participants, to evaluate the quality of the training ) and to give further information on conferences and events (e.g. to inform about JA ImpleMENTAL trainings and meetings and follow-up activities, to carry out meetings and joint tasks during the WP6 of the Joint-Action ImpleMENTAL, …).
Please note that the event or the meeting may be recorded or web-streamed if so indicated by the organizers. This means it is possible that you will be recorded. It is also possible that photographs of you will be taken during the event and might be used for online and offline communication activities related to JA ImpleMENTAL. By clicking "accept" I approve of any materials related to the event (e.g. photo or video materials depicting me, comments I decide to share, feedback, questions, and contributions I may give/have during the event or meeting) being disseminated via GÖG-website, JA ImpleMENTAL-website or dissemination channels of the European Health and Digital Executive Agency and the European Commission (see Grant Agreement article 22). I have the right of access to my personal data, right to rectification and deletion, limitation, data portability and objection.
If I do not agree with this, I have the option of, following identification at the beginning of the meeting (prior to it being recorded), switching off my video and/or changing my registration name.
